Amazing. These supplements work really well at reducing stress. My husband and I both take them and they actually noticeably improve our mood. They are expensive but worth it. It is my first experience with this brand, but they seem very high quality. They are typical average capsule size.

I've been using these for many years now and prior to starting on taking two capsules a day, the different is SO noticeable. I highly recommend them! For me, I need to take with food and the first few days can be a little acclimating because of the levels of B, C and Niacin. BUT, it's worth it!
