Just to say that I did not see any benefits from the imune system boost. Actually, it was quite opposite, few weeks after consuming product as per instructions labeled, I have got severe influenza that I could not get rid off for a week. Although I have increased daily consumption, it still did not do much. I will rather spend my money elsewhere.

My most recent experience with this is with it apparently obliterating a lung issue I felt coming on last week. I woke in the morning and could feel one of my lungs. Pretty sure it was going to grow into something that might cost me some lost work time. A couple of these 500mb beta glucan tablets that day and a couple the next day seem to have totally handled it. I woke up 48 hours later with no signs of a lung infection. And now it's been a few days since then and still no sign whatsoever.

These were...WERE a good deal! Unfortunately haven't seen them on Amazon lately and have had to sadly go to another supplier! NOT happy! The product is at least 4 stars and 5 stars on value but ZERO stars on keeping in stock - unless they've quit making them, don't know!

I really like this particular beta glucan as opposed to the other two that I have tried. My husband developed a very serious cough and cold even though he was taking one a day. But I did not catch it. It could be that I added an extra beta glucan during the day to offset his constant cough. The duration of his cough seems to be shorter too.

I have been taking beta glucan for over a year. I have had no colds, flu or anthing else. I highly recommend this product to everyone who wishes to stay healthy. I started taking this when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I took one for every 50 lbs of body weight which was three a day for me. After my cancer treatment was over, I reduced the amount I take to 2 capsules a day for maintenance.
