For years I have kept a bottle of Biovegetarian around incase I feel like I am coming down with something. I take a few tablets and before I know it, my complaints are gone. My husband has been coughing and congested for weeks and I have not caught it from him.(He is afraid to take anything larger than a small pill- he'd probably be fine now if he took Bioveg!) My sister also swears by it and so does her son in law.

This is the best for stopping or reducing colds/flu. Highly recommend.

If you are already SICK, forget this or anything else. BUT, if you are just starting to get that itchiness in the back of your throat then these 'pills' are just the trick for saving yourself a lot of pain with colds or flu about 80% of the time. Recommended to me by a homeopathic doctor when I asked him how he avoided getting sick.

My go to immune support. I take this daily. When I feels a cold coming on, I add a tablet or two. When Im sick I take 3-4/day. Taking this makes cold/flus few and far between.

My Naturopath prescribed Super Bio Vegetarian to me last year and I swear by it! She called it "nature's antibiotic" When everyone around me is sick, I take it throughout the day and have remained healthy. Looking forward to trying other supplements from Priority One since the customer service has been stellar and the product is a must-have.
