To early to tell how phase 2 is working because phase one seemed to be working better then anything else I've tried over the last 30 years and Ionly started phase 2 less than 2 weeks ago and I'm doing a second three months round of one at the same time I'm taking both concurrently so it's hard to tell which most likely both are working. I'm really really pleased with the results up to this point.
