What's inside and why it matters

Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxine HCl (78mg, 4,588% DV) — A high-potency B6 dose at 4,588% of the daily value. B6 is an essential cofactor for amino acid metabolism, transamination reactions, and normal homocysteine metabolism — directly relevant to hepatic methionine and lipid processing pathways supported by this formula.*

VitaCholine® Choline as Choline L(+) Bitartrate (270mg, 49% DV) — VitaCholine® is a patented, registered trademark form of choline from Balchem Corporation. Choline is an essential nutrient that functions as a primary lipotropic agent — supporting normal fat export from the liver via VLDL synthesis and phosphatidylcholine production. Without adequate choline, fat accumulates in the liver rather than being properly packaged and exported to the circulation. Choline is also the precursor to acetylcholine and betaine, giving it roles in both neural and hepatic methyl group metabolism.*

Magnesium as Magnesium Oxide Citrate (12mg, 3% DV) — Providing baseline magnesium as a cofactor for the enzymatic reactions throughout this formula.*

DL-Methionine (600mg) — The highest-dosed ingredient in this formula. Methionine is the primary sulphur-containing essential amino acid and a central lipotropic agent. As the precursor to S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) — the body's universal methyl donor — methionine is critical for the normal methylation reactions throughout liver metabolism, including phosphatidylcholine synthesis, homocysteine methylation, and numerous hepatic metabolic processes. Inositol (600mg) — Matching methionine in dose. Inositol functions as the core of phosphatidylinositol and as a second-messenger molecule in insulin receptor signalling. Together, choline, methionine, and inositol form the classical lipotropic triad for normal fat metabolism and hepatic lipid clearance.*

Dandelion Root Extract 10:1 (Taraxacum officinale, 32mg) — A 10:1 concentrated extract equivalent to 320mg of raw dandelion root per serving, supporting normal bile production, healthy bile flow from the liver and gallbladder, and normal hepatic function.*

Celandine Stem/Leaf/Flower (Chelidonium majus, 152mg) — Greater Celandine is a traditional European liver and bile-supportive botanical used in professional phytotherapy for supporting normal bile secretion and healthy hepatic function, contributing choleretic (bile-stimulating) activity to the formula's overall hepatic support profile.*
