Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be live forwards.

When my adrenals go low, a symptom that results is the need to clear my throat during, & after, eating. Allergic reaction-like.

That symptom lets me know I need to take a couple of these capsules for awhile. Then the symptom goes away.

Cycling works best for me. If I don’t cycle off, then symptoms of too much adrenal have occurred. For me that’s a hot/cold flushed feeling w/o a temperature.

Somehow I failed to mark the bottle, don’t know how many I’ve purchased, but its been several.

Clean adrenal supplements are not so commonly available here as they apparently are in Denmark. Glad Priority One has a mail route from there to me.
