Well, Ive never been to Iceland ... but I kinda' like the Lithium

I’ve read this mineral goes to calming composure. That that’s part of why lithium-rich mineral springs soaks, in Iceland say, are so rejuvenating.

Well I can’t get to an Iceland dose. But I can get to my mailbox. And a 30mg per capsule dose, as offered by this supplement, is closer to Iceland than any others I’ve seen.

Also have read lithium goes to neurogenesis. If I can keep my head while all about me are losing theirs & blaming it on me ~ Rudyard Kipling ~ as some do, well that’s a good reason to go mail boxing.

Natural supplement works better than prescription drugs for me.

Been taking for years instead of prescription drugs for bipolar and depression problems. Works way better than the drug that had been prescribed for me. And its all natural.

This is a great product. I have brain injuries. It is helping my brain be more stable so it is not so easily re-injured. I've been taking it since June 2017. I'm sure there are other benefits but here is one proof positive: I fell a few months ago and the jarring didn't re-injure my brain which it has done in the past.
