I take between 1 and 4 daily and depending on the amount I feel exhausted, my weak point get inflamed and recently my sinuses got cleared with whatever was there for years because I started taking biofilm phase 2 and enzymes .. when I take 4 pills a day , maaan, I feel exhausted , all the heck breaks loose - infection, parasites become exposed to immune system and I feel the die-off reaction ..

I have an extremely stubborn pathogenic bacterium in my gut, classified as 4+ bacteria. This biofilm is helping to attack the bacteria, and I'm finally getting relief from my symptoms.

Only been using it for 2 days now. But my bloating has decreased dramatically, digestion is alot better and ny breathing issues are normalizing. I will continue treatment for a month and see the full effects.
