DHL Never Delivered

DHL never delivered the product. So all is only negative on the product and a company who uses DHL

Shipping Fee & Time - Horrible

This review is solely based off the atrocious shipping fees. It cost more then the vitamins to have it shipped, then got an additional fee upon delivery and took 3 weeks to arrive.

We are so sorry for the delay in your shipping, this was an international order. We have a track record of 5-7 days for all international orders, unfortunetly this order was placed right before the Canada Day and USA 4th of July holidays, and the shipping services held the box at customs over the holidays. We have fully refunded you for the shipping costs and have implemented a new shipping service that should be cheaper for our international clients.
