Vitamin A as Acetate (20,800 IU, 416% DV)
Vitamin A in acetate form — preformed retinol — at a high-potency dose of 20,800 IU per serving. Vitamin A is essential for the normal function of mucosal barriers — the body's primary first line of cellular defence in the skin, respiratory tract, and mucosal membranes — and for the normal development and activation of immune cells including T-cells and natural killer cells. At this potency, Vitamin A provides robust foundational support for mucosal and cellular immune function.*

Vitamin C as Ascorbic Acid (250mg, 417% DV)
Vitamin C is an essential antioxidant and cofactor for normal immune cell function, including the support of neutrophil and lymphocyte activity. At 250mg — 417% of the daily value — this provides meaningful antioxidant support working synergistically with the Vitamin A and selenium in this formula.*
Selenium as Sodium Selenite Aspartate (800mcg, 1,143% DV)
Selenium is an essential trace mineral and critical cofactor for glutathione peroxidase — one of the body's primary antioxidant enzymes. At 800mcg — 1,143% of the daily value — this is a very high-potency selenium dose. Selenium supports normal antioxidant defence and has been extensively studied for its role in normal immune function, particularly in supporting the body's cellular defence mechanisms.*
Please note: The tolerable upper intake level (UL) for selenium is 400mcg per day for adults. At 800mcg per serving, this formula exceeds the established UL. Lithium as Lithium Orotate Carbonate (10mg)
Lithium orotate is a form of lithium in which the lithium is bound to orotic acid, which is thought to enhance cellular transport compared to lithium carbonate (the pharmaceutical form used at much higher doses). At 10mg — a very low, nutritional-level dose — lithium orotate is used in nutritional wellness protocols for its role in supporting normal neurological function and healthy nervous system regulation. Lemon balm is standardised here to 4% rosemarinic acid — the primary active polyphenol associated with its antiviral and antioxidant properties. Rosemarinic acid has been studied for its role in supporting normal antioxidant defence and healthy immune modulation. Lemon balm also supports normal nervous system calm and healthy stress response — relevant given the well-established relationship between psychological stress and immune function.*
Olive Leaf Extract 20% Oleuropein (Olea europaea, 50mg)

L-Lysine HCl (150mg)
