Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxine HCl (79mg, 4,647% DV) — A high-potency B6 dose that is a critical cofactor for amino acid transamination, methionine metabolism, and normal homocysteine clearance — directly supporting the lipotropic nutrient pathways throughout this formula.*
Choline (from 600mg Choline Bitartrate, 270mg Choline, 49% DV) — 600mg of choline bitartrate per serving — a primary lipotropic agent essential for normal hepatic fat export via VLDL phospholipid synthesis and phosphatidylcholine production. Without adequate choline, dietary fat accumulates in the liver rather than being packaged and exported to circulation for use. Choline also supports normal methylation as the precursor to betaine.*
