What's inside and why it matters

Vitamin A as Beta-Carotene (7,500mcg RAE, 833% DV) — High-potency provitamin A beta-carotene at 833% DV, providing meaningful antioxidant activity — particularly as a singlet oxygen quencher and lipid-phase antioxidant.*

Vitamin C as Ascorbic Acid (1,000mg, 1,111% DV) — At 1,000mg, Vitamin C provides the foundation of this formula's water-soluble antioxidant protection. At this dose, Vitamin C provides meaningful antioxidant activity in plasma and intracellular compartments, regenerates other antioxidants including Vitamin E and glutathione, and supports immune cell function.*

Vitamin E as d-alpha Tocopherol Succinate (275mg, 1,833% DV) — The acid succinate ester of natural d-alpha-tocopherol at 1,833% DV — a very high-potency fat-soluble antioxidant dose protecting cell membranes from lipid peroxidation, working synergistically with Vitamin C and CoQ10.*

Zinc as Zinc Orotate Oxide (20mg, 182% DV) — A zinc blend at 182% DV. Zinc is an essential structural component of copper-zinc superoxide dismutase (Cu/Zn-SOD) — directly relevant to the SOD included in this formula.*

Selenium as Sodium Selenite Rice Soy Chelate (70mcg, 127% DV) — An organic chelated selenium providing essential cofactor support for glutathione peroxidase — the selenium-dependent enzyme that reduces hydrogen peroxide and lipid peroxides using glutathione. Contains soy.*

Copper as Copper Aspartate Carbonate (2mg, 222% DV) — Maintaining normal copper status alongside the zinc dose — copper is also a cofactor for Cu/Zn-SOD.*

ChromeMate® Chromium as Chromium Chloride Hexahydrate Polynicotinate (25mcg, 71% DV) — ChromeMate® is a patented, registered trademark chromium from InterHealth Nutraceuticals supporting normal glucose metabolism.*

Astragalus Root Extract 70% Polysaccharides (Astragalus membranaceus, 50mg) — Standardised to 70% polysaccharides — the highest-purity polysaccharide standardisation available for Astragalus. Astragalus polysaccharides support normal immune modulation, healthy telomere maintenance, and normal antioxidant gene expression (particularly Nrf2 pathway activation) — a unique antioxidant mechanism not present in any other ingredient in this formula.*

Bioflavonoids Extract 25% from Bitter Orange fruit (150mg) — A citrus bioflavonoid complex supporting Vitamin C activity, healthy capillary integrity, and normal flavonoid-based antioxidant protection.*

Superoxide Dismutase (SOD, 100mg at 8,000 units/g) — Providing 800,000 units of SOD activity per serving. Superoxide dismutase catalyses the conversion of superoxide radical (O2•−) — one of the most reactive oxygen species generated by cellular metabolism — to hydrogen peroxide and oxygen, providing potent enzymatic antioxidant defence.*

Rosemary Leaf (Rosmarinus officinalis, 50mg) — Rich in rosmarinic acid and carnosic acid — potent antioxidants with both lipid-phase and water-phase activity, and well-documented Nrf2 pathway activation properties.*

Milk Thistle Seed Extract 80% Silymarin (Silybum marianum, 50mg) — Standardised to 80% silymarin, providing 40mg of active silymarin per serving. Silymarin contributes hepatic antioxidant protection — particularly its well-documented support of hepatic glutathione levels, making it synergistic with the glutathione and L-cysteine in this formula.*

Brassica Concentrate 4.5% Total Glucosinolates (Broccoli & Mustard Sprout/Floret/Seed, 100mg) — A standardised cruciferous vegetable concentrate providing glucosinolates — precursors to isothiocyanates (particularly sulforaphane) upon enzymatic conversion. Glucosinolates/isothiocyanates are among the most potent known activators of the Nrf2 antioxidant response element pathway — the master regulator of the body's endogenous antioxidant gene expression, including glutathione synthesis, SOD, and catalase.*

BioVin® Full Spectrum Grape Extract (Vitis vinifera, 50mg) — BioVin® is a trademark of Cyvex Nutrition Inc., providing a whole-grape extract from skin and seed with the full complement of grape polyphenols — including resveratrol, oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs), quercetin, and catechins — for comprehensive vascular and cellular antioxidant protection.*

CoEnzyme Q10 (12mg) — An essential component of the mitochondrial electron transport chain and one of the most important lipid-phase antioxidants in the body, working synergistically with Vitamin E in membrane antioxidant protection.*

L-Glutathione (12mg) — Direct glutathione supplementation — the body's most important intracellular antioxidant and a required cofactor for glutathione peroxidase (which also requires selenium, also in this formula).*

L-Cysteine (100mg) — The rate-limiting precursor to glutathione synthesis, providing the sulphur amino acid substrate for normal glutathione biosynthesis and complementing the direct glutathione above for dual glutathione support.*

Reishi Mushroom Extract 4:1 (Ganoderma lucidum, 50mg) — A 4:1 concentrated extract equivalent to 200mg of raw reishi per serving, providing triterpenes and polysaccharides that support normal immune function, healthy antioxidant gene regulation, and normal cellular stress response.*
