Im using this with antibiotics to treat my SIBO and so far I feel like these are really helping getting my bowels going and I genuinely feel the bad bacteria getting out of me.

Bio Vegetarian is a great to have around for minor infections. A doctor once prescribed this for a parasitic infection. It was very effective.
